Of the things I miss about living in the jungle, this is among them. As one drives through the jungle, there is an occasional 'pulperia' where one can find refreshments and foodstuffs and such; not entirely unlike the 7-11's we have here. I love these little shops. I love that anyone with a little dough and determination can open one, I love that they always seem to stock the taste treat, Fanta Naranja and those of you who know me well, know how much I must love the added bonus of always finding shirtless men there!
What happened to the food photography post?!
Are you allowed to say "jungle"? I thought that we all have to say "rainforest" now. : )

Hello KS,
I decided to post my food photog. post another day. Call me crazy! As for using jungle vs. rain forest, I do it precisely because it is not PC to do so. Jungle, jungle, jungle! Ah, feels good! Next thing you know, I'll be saying stewardess instead of flight attendant!
